  • Refunds or replacements are accepted only if:

    • The product arrives damaged or defective

    • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery

  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required for assessment.

By purchasing from ACASA, you acknowledge that:

  • Candles must never be left unattended while burning

  • Candles must be kept away from children, pets, and flammable objects
